A lot of people suffer from sleep deprivation. Most jobs now pay more during night shift.  Since most people need more money to pay the rent and other bills, they choose to work at nights. Sooner or later, your body clock adjusts to that kind of schedule, and your life won’t be the same. Coffee sometimes works, but what we really need is a good sleep.
Some people have been awake for more than a day but are a little bit used to it. A person suffering from insomnia has the inability, especially when chronic, to obtain sufficient sleep, through difficulty in falling or staying asleep. Being an insomniac may seem like a not-so-dangerous sickness, but it is really hard to handle. Imagine your body so weak and tired, but you cannot sleep?
Though most of the effects of sleep deprivation are negative, there are some effects on the brain that can be of an advantage do you. Did you know that insomniacs are more creative when they lack sleep? Now that makes me want to sleep less!
